Nutrition – Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy applies the latest nutrition science, helping clients alleviate and manage long-term, unresolved health problems and provide advice on restoration of health.

Our registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath uses a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. The focus is to improve physiological function of bodily systems, including the digestive, immune, nervous, endocrine and cardiovascular systems.

What to expect

During your Initial consultation appointment (approx. 90 min), Nutritional Therapists will take from you a comprehensive case history covering current and past health concerns, current and past diet and lifestyle and family health. You will then receive bespoke short and long-term recommendations on diet and lifestyle.

The regular follow-up consultations (approx. 45 min) and support in-between consultations will help you to stay on track and address any pending questions you may have.

Health complaints are wide ranging, but the most common areas of concern are: PMS, menopause, eczema, psoriasis, asthma, IBS, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, endometriosis, joint pain, back pain, weight loss/gain, hypothyroidism, pregnancy care, headaches, migraines, childhood illnesses.
